The Zoe Empire is growing, and fast. The latest product to enter the stables is a collaboration with new lipstick brand Exude.
In an innovative design, a clear bullet showcasing your colour releases a single-dot serving of elastic gel color with just a twist of the tube. This is an ingenious method of ensuring your lippy wont wear down until it becomes that unappealing looking blob.
The actual colour and technology for this nine shade line was created from the collective industry know how of Diane Bridenbach and Laurence Mille.
However it is Zoe that styled the luxe looking packaging, the same design aesthetic that she employs when styling her house.
Zoe chatted to Refinery29 at the collection launch about her top tips when choosing a colour, “Contrast your lip color with whatever you’re wearing. Do a pale lip with a deep dress, or go bold when you’re wearing light colors,” she instructs. “And don’t do a red lip with a red dress, it clashes. Plus, you don’t ever want to be predictable.” (Refinery29.com)
