Alice McCall Spring/ Summer range gave us a detailed array of prints, fabric cut outs and knife pleats which we are seeing as a key trend for the summer.
Inspired by a Victorian era tea party the floral prints reminded me of old embroidered floral tapestries seen on my grandmothers cushions and table cloths, that was executed perfectly onto flirty short dresses and sheer fabrics.
The fleur de lys inspired design that was printed white onto a sheer shirt dress and top was a definite stand out of the collection. Overall a great old style range made for the modern day girl.
