Every time I see a show that I fall in love with, it becomes “the best show I have seen so far”, so I can appreciate that the phrase is getting repetitive- but in all honesty Yeojin Bae’s show had me making strange little noises in some sort of fashion ecstasy overload.
While you may not see many of us wearing the exposed silk bra, the silk shirts in perfectly matched colours were a pleasure to watch.
Layered slip dresses, sheer skirts with knife pleats were of the modern, feminine woman in a relaxed form- reminding me of the moment when you arrive home, kick off your heels and unbutton your shirt after a long day in the office. That moment of unaffected style, simplicity and sensuality.
A revamp of the floral prints made a return in one or two divinely cut pieces, body con sequin dresses added some drama and bright bold colours were matched with muted colours in blush, lavender, peach and pink.
