When searching for workout inspo, who is it that we usually turn to? The Victoria’s Secret Angels. Their sculpted abs, toned arms, perky bums and shapely 10-foot legs are ultimate goals, and every time we head to the gym, pictures of them are pinned on our metaphorical vision board.

The blonde bombshell, like most other Angels, amps up her routine in the month leading up to the highly anticipated Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, and told Harper’s Bazaar she enjoys boxing and Pilates. Her go to exercise is the lunge, however, to work the glutes, hip stabilisers, hamstrings and quads.
