Oils: pesto oils, canola, soybean, sunflower, walnut, peanut, sesame, flaxseed, safflower, and olive oil.

Seeds and nuts: sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, macadamia nuts, pumpkin seeds, almonds, pecans, pistachios, walnuts, hazelnuts, pine nuts, roasted pumpkin seeds, Brazil nuts, dry-roasted peanuts, dry-roasted sunflower seeds, natural peanut butter, dry-roasted cashews, cashew butter, and almond butter.

Some chocolates: semisweet chocolate chips, dark chocolate chips, chunks of dark chocolate, chunks of semisweet chocolate.

Green or black olives

Avocados.

All in all, maintaining healthy teeth, skin and hair, and losing belly fat is important to so many of us as it helps us feel good about ourselves both physically and mentally. Be sure to incorporate Keratin where possible and maintain a balanced diet to boost your natural beauty from within.
