You guys…its my birthday this weekend! In preparation I have been hunting down Instagram worthy, delicious cocktails to share with my nearest and dearest and stumbled across U Try and this delicious Kiwi Strawberry Bellini.
How to make this delicious delight:
Makes: 8 servings
What you need:
4 Kiwis (the fruit not the people).
1 (750ml) bottle Prosecco
How to get this concoction in your belly:
1. Remove skin from kiwifruits, and blend in processor or blender until smooth.
2. Remove the gross bits from the straws, and also in a food processor or blender, puree until smooth.
3. Spoon kiwi puree and strawberry puree onto the bottom of champagne glasses, about 1 to 2 heaping tablespoons each. Pour Prosecco over fruit puree and enjoy. Done. Boom.
