You may have already seen this video flying around the interwebs, but if you haven’t it is a must watch.
It has clearly struck a chord with women everywhere. I am as guilty as the next woman of looking into the mirror every morning and picking out my flaws and obsessing over them.
What this video proves though is that, you’re more beautiful than you think! Dove, who has been running some pretty excellent Real Beauty campaigns for a while now employed an FBI-trained sketch artist to draw women’s portraits from their own verbal descriptions of themselves doing this all with his back turned.
Other study participant partners did get to see each other, and were asked to describe another partner after they described themselves.
The results were pretty amazing, in fact two different people ended up before you. Prepare to get a little teary!

A great campaign by Dove. Really makes you think about how you perceive yourself versus how others see you – especially when we tend to be over critical about ourselves.

It’s a nice attempt to make up the lost integrity after the previous Dove Real Beauty campaign fell apart after revelations that they actually photoshopped the images they claimed not to have.
