Eighty percent of the family’s diet is composed of organic vegetables and wholegrains, namely brown rice, quinoa, millet and beans which are cooked in natural coconut oil. On top of this, food products containing white sugar and white flour are banned from the house. According to the family chef, Allen Campbell “I’ll use raw olive oil, but I never cook with olive oil. I only cook with coconut oil. Fats like canola oil turn into trans fats… I use Himalayan pink salt as the sodium. I never use iodized salt.”
