Tash For Fashion Gallery At eBay

Towards the end of last year, I was invited by the divine team at eBay to style a few looks for their Fashion Gallery at eBay, which houses some of my favourite Australian brands such as Ksubi to Lisa Ho.

I also had a mini interview with the team for their amazing Tumblr which you can peep here, or read below to find out more about the looks I styled and life in general.

Shop my looks at Fashion Gallery at eBay here.

How did you style your look and why?

For the first look, we took a super comfortable Ksubi printed dress and paired it with a boyfriend style leather jacket and some simple black heels. I think of this look when I am running out the door, late again, without my jacket and grab my boyfriends on the way out. I love the sexy simplicity of this outfit, and it is so easy to recreate.

The second look was a bit cleaner, with a printed Lisa Ho Jacket, Ksubi black tank and Viparo mulberry leather skirt. We also added the gold chain necklace for a bit of edge. This is definitely the sort of look you could wear to work, and then head straight out for drinks with the girls.

What inspires you?

The written word really inspires me. I read a ridiculous amount, both on the internet and novels, different writing styles and perspectives force me to make sure my writing is the best it can be.

I channel all of this into BWA, there is always so much going on in the world so I like to think of the blog as a well informed escape from your day to day grind.

What’s your ‘can’t live without’ fashion piece?

My Givenchy Antigona- a recent naughty purchase.

Who’s wardrobe would you raid and why?

I think Iris Apfel would have a crazy, incredible collection that I would love to see.

Favourite gift you’ve ever received?

My engagement ring.

Dream getaway?

Borneo to work with orphaned orangutans

Song most played on your ipod?

I think its something really fly like Biggie Smalls.

Favourite place in the world?

Christmas time with my family.

Guilty pleasure?

Milo spoons from the tin. Don’t judge.

Next on your must-buy list?

On the hunt for a great white summer dress.

Favourite eBay find ever?

Just before Fashion Week last year I stumbled across a beautiful Magdalena Velevska dress which was an absolute godsend for my Fashion Week wardrobe prep!

What do you collect?

Shoes, sunglasses and books.

What’s the eBay item that got away?

There have been too many to count!

What do you wish would show up on eBay?

A beautiful vintage Chanel piece, selling for a steal! I can dream right?
