1950’s Style
Take a step back in time the 50’s have returned. This high waisted trend made a guest appearance last year but this year it has made a full blown come back. Great for most body shapes as it sucks in the belly and defines the waistline.

Frills and Thrills

You may not have busted out the frills since you were 7 years old but this trend is just too adorable to resist. Find one in fun prints and bandeau styles, great for those with a smaller bust.

    I asked my boyfriend which cut of 2 swim-suits he preferred. It was the same sweet print (in an ad) with one done via traditional triangle bikini & the other in a ruffled, vintage inspired strapless number etc.
    He genuinely contemplated the question & then pointed to the triangle bikini. Hmmmm, why that one? “The other one’s too 50’s” Ahhhhh!!! What?! I love the 50’s, lol!

    Thanks so much for posting this, it’s exactly what I need as I am currently struggling to find the perfect summer swim suit for 11/12. Crushing on the 50’s style pieces along with the bustier’s defs a keeper for people with lack of curves. aka myself!
