I ordered the thickening conditioner plus other products.
Unfortunately the pump on the bottle does not open/work and I have to open the lid to use the conditioner.
Is it possible to replace it please?

Just so you’re aware, the third ingredient in the conditioner is a non water soluble silicone. While these products are sulfate and paraben free, it’s misleading to say they are silicone free as they are not!
