If you’ve ever clicked through street style galleries and lusted after the outfits of the stylish magazine editors, models and other fashion industry heavyhitters..there is some exciting news for y’all.
Enter, the newly launched e-store The Editor’s Closet, packed full to the bring with the likes of Givenchy and Yves Saint Laurent (before the name drop), straight from the closets of Australia’s glamorous glossy editors.
Founded by Alexandra Thompson, a former mag editor and with her own closet full of covetable items, she says of the new venture:
“I’m lucky enough to have worked with, and be friends with some of the most stylish gals around and spent years drooling over their clobber only to realised that while they may not want to wear ‘last season’ buys, I most definitely would, and figured there would be plenty of other designer-loving shoppers out there who would too. After doing a little research (read: wine over dinner) I discovered that these girls were harbouring an absolute gold mine of designer finds that I needed to be shared with the world wide web.” (Sassybella.com).
