A few weeks ago I photographed the second instalment in BWA’s Camixa shirts collaboration (catch up on the previous post here.)
For this shoot, I opted for one of the most practical items anyone can have in their wardrobe – a denim shirt. I know I say this a lot with shirts, but I really have LIVED in this denim shirt for the past few weeks, to the point that I don’t know how I managed without it. Needless to say, I will be adding to my denim shirt collection as a matter of priority! Next on the list: a light wash.
This Camixa shirt (style name ‘De Nimes’), is really soft and warm – it’s been perfect for the cold snap and goes with everything.
Throwing caution to the wind as I do, I decided to experiment a little with the shirt so-combining it with a hot pink and orange pencil skirt I picked up at the Talulah online sale.
This is an outfit I would wear to a meeting or an event (in fact I wore it later that evening to the Pretty Ballerina’s store opening) but for regular casual wear you’d see me teaming it with basic black jeans or leather leggings.
I highly recommend taking a look at the Camixa range, which is available here.
