Neuw Denim has shoot two of our all time favourite bloggers Zanita and Alex Spencer (of 4th and Bleeker) for their latest GOLDMINE campaign, which is super sexy, raw and industrial.
The campaign was shot inside some of the incredible, historic warehouses on Cockatoo Island here in Sydney by Darren McDonald and the range was dreamed up by the talented boys at NEUW, drawing inspiration from the wild optimism and keen resourcefulness of the original goldminers, who were some of the first to wear durable denim and canvas as workwear.
What we love most is that the Neuw team invested in historic denim pieces pulled from mines dating back to the late 1800’s to use as inspiration for this collection.

The two images you’ve featured in this post were actually shot by myself, not Darren McDonald. I’ve encountered a lot of difficulty regarding the crediting for my work with regard to this campaign as even though Darren was hired as the photographer, my behind the scenes shots (such as the two above) have been used as campaign shots.
