Scarf prints are definitely having a moment right now, and to me- it is the absolute versatility of the humble scarf that makes it a must in your sartorial arsenal.
I was lucky to be asked to be involved in the L’avion Blogger Style competition which sees ten Australian bloggers showcase their take on scarf style.
While I am all for the turbanista look, I am really loving the scarf print in shirts, pants and dresses a la Celine, or on a more affordable note Maurie and Eve.
I took the L’avion Bouquet Scarf, folded and wrapped until the prints showed up as I liked, pinned securely with a safety pin (it was very windy and I was on a bridge…disaster could have ensued!) and popped on my favourite gold cuff belt.
If you would like the chance to win one of these bad boys and DIY your own skirt, head to the L’avion Facebook page and vote for me, or if you don’t like me..vote for one of the other lovely bloggers! Two voters will win a scarf each which are valued at $150 so you really have nothing to lose and something truly beautiful to gain!
