Um that’s where boobs are on the chest, they’re not too low or high, they look slightly uneven because one arm is on the waist with the other down. Plus the inside of one boob is always lower than the other for sizeable cleavage. She just didn’t need to show them so much, that kind of look works better with smaller sizes or stiffer augmented ones. Hope she wore tape!

I love everything here – the hair, colour, the shoes, the tan, the style EXCEPT for the hanging-down boobs! Just yuck and ruins everything! She just needs to tuck them in a bit!
