4. Move The Alarm Clock
The dangerous snooze button on your alarm is more foe than friend. (And FYI, did you know that the sleep you get whilst snoozing is low-quality rest anyway?)
TIP: By relocating your alarm clock to the opposite side of the room, this will help you to get up and out of bed to turn it off rather than just hitting snooze
5. Set the Mood
It’s important to create a nice calming environment in your room so you can relax and sleep properly. Think of your bedroom as a sanctuary!
TIP: You can set a mood with a range of changes such as a lighter colour scheme or even by placing a candle or diffuser in the room.

6. Set A Bedtime
Despite being an adult, having a rough bedtime is quite important! When you go to sleep around the same time each night, this helps your body to get into a sleeping pattern.
TIP: Set yourself an appropriate ‘bedtime’ that gives you an ample 7-8 hours of shut-eye per night. And stick to it!
