When you think of unusual pairings for your cocktails, it seems to be de rigueur for unusual combinations of flavours…in mason jars, of course!

We will be bringing you a series of unusual cocktail pairings from Gourmet Gardens. I know what you’re thinking, but trust us on this!

First up is a delicious Mexican Red Head.

What you’ll need:

20ml fresh lemon juice

What to do:

Step 1. Add the ginger, marmalade and lemon juice together in a glass and mix well.

Step 2. Add ice.

Step 3. Add tequila and cranberry juice for taste and that vibrant colour.

Step 4. Stir well!

Step 5. Garnish with a lime wedge and enjoy!
