#2 – Split and Fried Ends
As your hair ages, it can be difficult to maintain it, and brittle, splitting hair is a tell-tale sign of ageing. Be sure to eat a balanced diet, and use nourishing shampoos (not the supermarket kind), scalp exfoliators and masks to deep condition your hair.
If you’ve straightened or dyed your hair a lot, consider a supplement such as silica. Most of all, regularly trimming your hair to keep split ends at bay will help you to look fresh and prevent any ageing frizz.
