Boasting everything from tasty street food to stylish eateries and several five-star dining options, the Spring Carnival offers a veritable smogasbord of food and drinks across all venues which cater to all tastes and budgets.
We’ve rounded up 8 of the best eateries at this year’s Spring Carnival!
1. The Paddock at Caulfield
Definitely one of the most fun places to grab a bite, The Paddock offers tasty street food at great prices. Choose between Greek, Filipino BBQ, burgers, pizzas, Vietnamese and seafood.
2. Hill Square
Hill Square is a free destination for all racegoers. Located adjacent to Flemington train station, Hill Square is a hive of activity offering more food and beverage options than you could imagine!
Offerings include: The Nest by Wolf Blass, The Red Rock Deli Tasting Plate, Create Your Taste, Lavazza pop-up with complimentary ‘Espresso Hour’, TAB Grab Booth, Pin & Win and much more. The Hill Bar is the only public bar selling G.H. Mumm French champagne!
3. Front Lawn East & West
Head to either side of the Front Lawn for the Yellowglen Terrace, James Boag’s Premium Celebration Deck, and food outlets which include PJT Sizzle, Pulled Pork Rolls and Schnitzel Republic, Grill’d and The Kaisers Sausages.
4. Club Boulevard
For those that crave a party atmosphere, be sure to head to Club Boulevard at Caulfield. Situated within Caulfield’s exclusive Heath Enclosure, the Club Boulevard package includes grazing food and drinks, DJ’s, marquees and more.
5. The Rose Room
Get ready for a luxurious day of dining and racing at the Rose Room at Flemington. Enjoy morning tea, a five-course lunch, afternoon tea, drinks and more at this incredible five-star dining venue that overlooks the track.

7. Trackside Enclosure Cox Plate Day at Yarra Valley

8. The Terrace Restaurant
