If you like the idea of drinking to better health, give superfood-infused cocktails a try this summer. (Admittedly it’s a stretch to label anything with alcohol “healthy” but at least this daiquiri has the benefit of vitamins and anti-oxidants!)

Coconut Chia & Mango Daiquiri
Chia seeds are highest plant based source of Omega 3, fibre and protein. Loaded with vitamins, minerals and anti-oxidants.
- 60 mls of Vodka (My personal favourite for flavoured cocktails is SKYY)
- 1 x freshly juiced Lemon
- 1 cheek of frozen Mango
- 150 mls Coconut water (Our favourite is Meko coconut water.)
- 1 table spoon of Chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon of chlorophyll
Blend all the ingredients in a blender until smooth and pour into a daiquiri glass (…or something more inventive such as the jar as shown!) Top with shredded coconut and a sprinkle of Chia seeds.
