#3 – Helping hands
Invest in yourself by giving back. Next time there’s a catch up scheduled with the girls, why not try skipping champagne Saturdays and suggesting group volunteering for the day. Your local community will thank you for it.
As Audrey Hepburn once said, “As you grow older you will discover that you have two hands. One for helping yourself, the other for helping others”.
