High on my list of investment pieces is luxe leathers. These are the pieces in your wardrobe that will last you a lifetime if you take care of them, and if you purchase well, they will always be classics.
If you are shopping for leather pieces, my suggestion is that you save up your dollars and buy something with a good quality leather. Cheaper, and thinner leathers particularly in clothing and handbags, can wear very quickly if its not well tanned.
Look for pieces that will become ageless- think a beautiful leather jacket, leather boots or a classic cut leather skirt.
If you are brave enough to try the leather pant look, try paring it with a classic white shirt and a blazer for a grown up approach, or dress it down with a casual tee for that fashion blogger, casual yet totally fabulous vibe.
