In just the same way that details make any outfit, the details are just as important in creating a beautiful and stylish home. Thoughtful accents such as a marble tray, a beautiful crystal pitcher, a metallic-framed side table or a collection of chic cushions are to interiors what a quality watch, or bespoke tailoring is to an outfit.
Even though they mightn’t be immediately obvious to the outside world, they make all the difference in elevating the ordinary.
If you’ve been known to do your fair share of #homespo scrolling on Instagram or Pinterest, and been double-tapping those impossibly perfect interior settings like your life depended on it, then you can now claim some of those stylish, trending-yet-timeless pieces for your own home…
Founded by two self-proclaimed homeware addicts and design gurus, Lo & Co Interiors is the answer to your interior goals.
This expertly-edited online store caters to the aesthetically-obsessed amongst us. With a leaning toward minimal metallics, marble, and jewel-tones, here you’ll find everything from geometric glass vases, to matt black cutlery (#YES), stunning bowls and trays, plus some very chic furnishings such as tables, cushions and wall decor.
Lo & Co provides customers with a carefully curated selection of unique and luxe pieces from around the world, that cannot be found anywhere else in Australia.
The newly-opened store features a collection of some of the founder’s favourite designers which have been sourced from around the world. Designers include: Louise Roe Copenhagen, AYTM, H Sjkalm P, Handvark and many more.
In addition to Lo & Co’s designer collection, the store also carries its very own namesake homewares range, described as “a collection of essentials for the design conscious modern Australian home, beautifully made with great quality craftsmanship and materials.”
Cleverly, the store also carries a selection of on-trend, minimal metallic hooks/knobs/door pulls so you can satisfy your DIY cravings and update your walls and cabinetry over a weekend!
Whilst you’d be forgiven for wanting the whole range in your own home, the accessible price-points across the Lo & Co collection means it’s a perfect destination for amazing gifts as well. Great gifting options include: Maison Balzac candles $25-$69 (a personal favourite, shown above), jewel-toned vases $95-$185, and abstract prints $49 – though there are great pieces to choose from across all categories.
In the final throws of my own home renovation, and with all the heavy-lifting behind me, I am relishing the opportunity to turn my attention to these all-important decoration details!
