This individually-sized punch pulls together the best of everything: delicious fruit, sparkling wine, the freshness of citrus and the goodness of vitamins and anti-oxidants. It’s easy to make and tastes even better.

Berry Sparkling Acai Punch 

Acai berries are natures energy-boosting superfoods and they are packed with powerful antioxidants. The taste of Acai berries is often described as a fruity red wine flavour with chocolate overtones. Acai berries also contain amino acids, fibre, essential fatty acids, and vitamins and minerals making it a near perfect energising fruit.

Ingredients

  • 1 thinly sliced peach
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 2 freshly juiced lemons
  • 2 tablespoons of coconut sugar
  • 1 bottle champagne or other sparkling white wine
  • 1 tablespoons of acai powder

Method

In a jug, combine ice, peach, raspberries, blueberries, lemon juice, coconut sugar and acai powder. Slowly pour in champagne or other sparkling white wine.  Voila!
