September Issues are notoriously packed full of amazing and delightful new pages, and this year for Harper’s Bazaar’s September Issue global fashion director Carine Roitfeld gave her old friend Karl Lagerfeld a call, to help shoot a cast of stars for the magazine.
The line up includes Scarlett Johansson, Dakota Fanning, Lily Collins, Carmen Dell’Orefice, Zoe Kravitz, Liberty Ross, and Gabourey Sidibe.
The spread is titled “Singular Beauties: An Homage to the Diversity of Women,” (an interesting departure for King Karl, who notoriously is dismissive of curvy women) and is a beautiful celebration of how non size 0 models and celebrities can look as captivating and interesting, while setting an example for diversity.
