Holly Golightly’s eccentric abode is located at 169 E. 71st Street on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. Built in 1910, the Italianate townhouse is four stories tall and has a limestone façade. The iconic Upper East Side brownstone made famous in ‘Breakfast At Tiffany’s” is a star in it’s own right.

Boasting all the hallmarks one would expect from an A-class piece of New York real estate, the four-bedroom, 3,800-square-foot home features high ceilings, grand proportions, four floors, four bedrooms, five bathrooms, wood-burning fireplaces, and solarium. The storied property sold for $6,000,000 in 2012, and was on the market again in 2014 for $10,000,000!

Whilst much of the famed movie was filmed on a soundstage, it would be impossible to own the home and not take on even just a little bit of the magic that comes with treading in the footsteps of such a glamourous past.
