Karl Lagerfeld is at it again, this time with his highly anticipated Watch collection that hit stores on Feb 28th.
The collection is completely exclusive to David Jones stores here in Australia, so if you want to get your hands on one, you will have to get in quick.
The collection features limited edition packaging and specially engraved case backs, exclusive to the initial launch- definitely a collector’s item for any accessories fanatic.
The watch collection just oozes the Lagerfelt aesthetic. The pieces are classic, yet modern and edgy, and range from a classic leather band watch all the way up to a studded cuff from which the watch can be zipped away from, to create multiple accessories.
The clear standout for me though, is a beautiful chain detailing that runs around the face of some of the pieces. Says Karl of his new venture, “You cannot buy time but you can get a beautiful watch to measure time without spending a fortune.”
