If you’re looking for an easy way to add that extra punch to your wardrobe, look no further than the studded trend.

It has become quite obvious these past few months that studs have shifted from a popular bikey motif, to an embellishment that can add a chic touch to almost any outfit.

The key to this trend, as with most statement trends, is to pick one key focus area. The great thing about spikes is that they are now being incorporated into almost every piece of clothing and accessories, so there is a lot of choice depending on your personal taste.

My personal favourite is the studded leather jacket,  I love the edginess it brings when paired with a simple white tee, some pastel jeans, cute loafers and my favourite pair of sunglasses.
