With the rise of social media, comes more and more transparency from the couture fashion houses, whose fans are eager to snatch a glimpse of what happens behind the scenes.

I am particularly loving this beautiful video released by Mulberry, revealing how the Del Rey bag (named after Lana Del Rey) is made by one of their expert artisans.

While they make it look so very easy, it is nice to see just how much hand crafted work goes into each and every one of their pieces. Is it just me, or is the way they so easily manipulate the leather in their hands…just a little bit sexual? Just me?

Of course, the ethereal filter and musical stylings of Lana Del Rey make the job more glamorous than it probably is day to day, but nonetheless- a very cool piece of film.
