Ladies, you’ll soon be able to steal Alexa’s signature it-girl look – the British style icon/TV presenter/contributing editor at Vogue UK/bestie of Karl Lagerfeld/owner of perfect hair/pioneer of peter pan collars/mega babe confirmed to Numéro Tokyo that she is set to add the title of ‘fashion designer’ to her long list of occupations! She told the Japanese magazine:
“Yes, I’m definitely going to do that. I’m looking into it right now. I’ve got nothing to lose, it’s a bit of fun. In this current era of celebrity no one believes you actually design the stuff anyway, even though I sketch everything myself. So if it sucks I can say I had nothing to do with it, and if it’s really good I can say ‘Here are the drawings, it’s all my own work!’”
Alexa spilled in the interview for the October issue of the magazine, of which she is the cover star for the month. In the piece, she also talks about her role within the prestigious British Fashion Council and London Fashion Week.
