We have all seen the sneak peeks, and now more of Lana Del Rey’s shots for H&M’s Fall 2012 campaign have surfaced, and are no disappointment.
Photographed by Inez can Lamsweerde and Vinoodh Matadin, the campaign features a sultry, melancholy Del Rey who has recorded a cover and music video of “Blue Velvet” to accompany it.
Says H&M creative director Donald Schneider ”Lana is totally unique, and we wanted to create a print and film campaign that’s just as special…The mood is very LA noir and is inspired by our Fall collection, which also fits with Lana’s own personal style.” (Fashionologie.com).
