Bec & Bridge had one of the prettiest runway dressings to date, with floor to ceiling foilage setting the mood for the “Paradiso Blanco” that was set to float down the runway for their SS 2012/13 collection.
The inspiration for the collection is all about white as the hero, setting the perfect backdrop for the resort collection that is both perfect for jetting off to capri or strutting the sidewalks of Sydney.
It is interesting to watch how brands evolve their aesthetic, and it is safe to say that the Bec & Bridge girl is a little more sophisticated this season, playfully moving between ladylike lengths and daring thing high double splits.
As always the white base played accompaniment to a beautiful array of prints, moving from florals to stripes and mosaics.
If there is one collection I could see myself wearing day to day it would be B&B for Spring Summer, its versatility and intelligent design that make them luxe daytime pieces or effortless nighttime looks prove once again why Bec & Bridge is a firm fixture in the fashion world for many years to come.
