Face
To get Miley’s flawless glowing skin, dampen a sponge and apply a medium/full coverage foundation – Revlon Colorstay Liquid Foundation – to achieve the flawless skin effect.
Eyes
For her inner tear duct highlight, start with a shimmery pearl eyeshadow and blend all over the eye area bringing it into the inner tear duct. Sweep a light grey eyeshadow all the lid to bring an even and neutral shade to the lid. Line the outer corner of your eyes heavily with a black kohl eyeliner – try Prestige Waterproof Kohl Eye Pencil (Black) – and tightline the inner corners of your eye. Smudge out the black liner using a black eyeshadow to produce a more natural effect. Apply two coats of a lengthening mascara – try Rimmel’s Sky High mascara (Black) to give a more awakened look. False Lashes are optional.
Cheeks
For glowing cheeks, apply a slight orange pink blush on the apples of the cheeks and blend across to the ears. Dab a highlighting color right on top of the apples to really make them pop.
Lips
Apply a nude lipstick as a base to conceal the natural colour of the lips and top with a baby pink gloss.
